I haven't been able to send out weekly newsletter for a while as I have been busy working on my other projects.

(& I am sorry about that).

Today's email is all about summer planning and how you can make this summer your best one yet.

I don't know if it's just me or it is quite easier to build new habits during the summer months than winters. Especially if you are looking forward to getting back to your exercise routine, travel, spending more time with your family/friends or the combination of everything, summer is a perfect weather to do all of that with nice weather that allows you to go outside and enjoy some great activities. (including water balloon fights, I love that!).

So, if you haven't planned your summer yet, it is the time to do so. Here’s why?

  1. Budget-Friendly Fun: Planning allows you to budget for your summer activities. You can find free or low-cost events and save up for bigger adventures, ensuring you have a blast without breaking the bank.
  2. Better Time Management: If you often complain about not having enough time, knowing your schedule helps you balance work, fun, and relaxation. This way, you can make the most of your summer days and still have time for everything you want to do.
  3. Avoiding the Summer Slump: Without a plan, it’s easy to fall into a lazy routine. While relaxation is important, having a mix of activities keeps your mind and body engaged, making your summer more fulfilling.
