Hey Reader I hope you're well. I haven't been able to send out weekly newsletter for a while as I have been busy working on my other projects. (& I am sorry about that). Today's email is all about summer planning and how you can make this summer your best one yet. I don't know if it's just me or it is quite easier to build new habits during the summer months than winters. Especially if you are looking forward to getting back to your exercise routine, travel, spending more time with your family/friends or the combination of everything, summer is a perfect weather to do all of that with nice weather that allows you to go outside and enjoy some great activities. (including water balloon fights, I love that!). So, if you haven't planned your summer yet, it is the time to do so. Hereβs why?
I could keep going but you get the point. You could spend this weekend planning how you really want to spend your summertime and make yourself proud when you look back at these months. PS- While it's important to go out and enjoy yourself, it's easy to scroll IG and compare yourself to someone else's who seems to be having a nice vacation in your dream destination. Please remember that It's crucial to celebrate and enjoy where you are at this moment and feel good about it. Life itself is a gift and worth celebrating no matter where you are.
